My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, but they are located separate from the reception area, which was a bit inconvenient. The service was friendly overall, but there was some rudeness during check-out. The location was fantastic, near KL Sentral, making it easy to get around, although it was a bit challenging to locate initially. The dining was decent, but not worth the price paid.
